The Lamb is lean in texture with a delicate, mild flavour, qualifying  Lamb meets strict criteria for Grade & Fat Score, resulting in best qualities of selected Grass-Fed Lamb. All the lambs are naturally raised by designated family farmers, they are Free Range having never been confined to a feedlot, with No added Hormones ever. All finished primal & cuts are hand trimmed to exacting specification standards and our processing disciplines ensure that consistently deliver lean, succulent and delicately flavoured lamb.  Lamb is an excellent source of protein to assist in maintaining a healthy, natural diet.
