Refund policy
We strongly advise to ensure products are delivered in good condition and temperature. Returns and exchange of products are accepted as long as these are flagged at time of delivery. Once products are accepted we will not be able to exchange/refund products as these could be mishandled and/or damaged during handling.
Products will need to be immediately stored in the right condition: Fresh products to be stored in the fridge and frozen products to be stored in the freezer.
In case of wrong delivery, of course, we will accept returns at no extra charge.

Refund can take from 1 to 30 business days, depending on recipient's bank. Refunds, these will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, or a gift card can be issued for a later purchase.
