Taimen is the largest of the noble salmon family. It is considered as a rare fish and it is protected. The meat of taimen contains fatty acids and Omega3, which prevent the formation of plaques in the blood vessels and normalizes the level of cholesterol in the blood. Contains vitamins PP, B12, D.
