Medallion beef steak (Frozen)

This ingredient is an excellent source of Protein, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and Selenium; and a good source of Iron, Riboflavin, Phosphorus, and Choline

Cooking recommendations:

1. The first step is to take the steak out of the package and defrost them completely at a temperature of +2 to +4°C.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Preheat a frying pan or grill to a high temperature.

4. Fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side for 8 to 12 minutes, depending

on the desired degree of roasting.

5. Brush the steak with butter. Let the steak rest for a couple of minutes before serving
